I guess my personal thing with the last chat was all the questions about, are you going to produce this, or that, which I felt exasperated Joe. This stuff is on his website or can be better asked and answered in personal mail to him. I guess if I was the guest speaker, I'd like to talk about my Okeetees, not say over and over again, yes Lucy is having eggs, yes Ember is having eggs, yes Edmud is fathering two clutches... That just seems a bit boring for everyone else who'd rather discuss more in depth things. Just my personal opinion of course!
And yes, being able to respond quickly helps move the chat along, otherwise it does get rather dull.
But there are some questions that I thought were asked both times that are always good ones to throw in. Such as lag times where no one's asking anything, go ahead and throw them in. Like where do you see this hobby going, and fifty years from now, what would you like to be remembered for questions.
But anyhow, I still think it's a great idea, we just have to keep moving ahead and trying to do diff things to make it work. I just felt this last time it was boring for many and Joe himself!
