I bred jungles a few years ago using a male corn and a female calking... I put them into a bin togther and got a female corn snake, I actually held her, never letting much of her into the bin, but let the male corn smell her...mostly her tail end.. It took a little while but once he got excited enough he started wrapping his tail around anything.... and that meant the calking because she was the only tail there.

The second attempt I made I actually put the male corn and female corn and female calking in the same tank and just made sure that when the male started wrapping his tail it was the calking and not the corn.

I have never tried it the other way, but have heard it may cause issues because calkings stay hooked up WAY longer than corns... I have heard of the female corn getting bored and trying to get away, possibly damaging the male.

Dunno if that helps any
