I don't think the male cali was giving the female corn "love bites"; her whole head was in his mouth, snout first & it was a quick snatch, not a gentle(ish) grab like he did with the female cali's neck.

Congradulations, one interesting thing about the cross, is that amel is allelic in corns and cal kings, so if they were both het for amel, you could get amel jungles.
