I currently use a Canon Powershot S3 IS. Upgraded from an older Olympus.

The dSLR's are a little too much for what I do, not to mention the weight of them. I have bad hands/wrists/elbows, so weight plays a big part in my camera needs.

I just bought this one in April, so I'm still working on getting to know it. One of the things I was looking for, was the ability to adjust settings on my own, to learn in case one day I do manage a dSLR. The camera has that ability, that I can use it almost like an SLR. It's a nice learning camera for sure.
