What a great idea Vinny. I've been using Aspen in my show delis, but this is a much easier way. I think I'll substitute the newspaper for a couple of layers of heavy paper toweling in the bottom of the deli cups. Will stop those little ones from burrowing underneath the aspen at shows and having the folks ask me "What's in there?"
I'll just take along some empty delis filled with these 'rounds' for doing quick changes as needed.
