I'm a fan of my Canon, I read the Review. It certianly seems like a great camera.
With higher $$$ purchases on e-bay, I tend to do local purchases and shoot them a message before I bid and ask if they allow local pickup with cash given upon pickup. More often than not they do. That way you save shipping charges & you are assured that you get the product. & I never bid on anything w/o them having a high rating etc. Also when bidding, I always bid at the last minute of the auction ending, that way I don't have to get in a bidding war.
