You can get small dishes of every size that work great for water dishes at the dollar store - small ceramic ones are often 8/$1.
Another option is to use the small plastic containers that yogurt or applesauce individual servings come in - there are 8 in a pack, you eat the fruit, wash the dishes and they work great for hatchling water cups - if you only need a small number.
