Heh, incubation lengths vary with temps. The temps were a little lower this year than last, esp the first half of incubation, so it's not surprising they're taking a little long. We usually have them pip somewhere between 65 and 70 days, anyway.
Don't worry, you won't miss it. They usually have a "scout" pip first, sit there with a nose out for 24 hours before the rest start in.

It takes them a good 24 hours to come out of the egg, until then they sit there letting their lungs work while absorbing the last of their yolk. Egg cam is good for newbies, especially, to get a feel for how long it really does take them so they don't make the mistake of chasing them out of the egg too soon.
I'm excited to see how well the new egg cam does with showing them babies rather than just dark smudges on a blurry background.
