Ok here is the story. Quite a few of my females started shedding a week to two into february. Two of the biggest I put in with two different males. Both are now OBVIOUSLY pregnant, one is even blue and has been given a laybox.
Like I said several females shed including my amber from the "mystery project" (this year is dedicated solely to it even those stated above). At that time she was just a tad too small in girth. Now a month later she is "pacing" along with the males around her, she also has gained weight enough to breed, good muscle tone. Question is, is it too late? Did she ovulate after the first shed on 2/9? She doesnt appear to be going into a shed anytime soon. Should I put her in with a male now or will that mess up the whole order and timing of gestation, shed, lay? Or should I wait till another shed and hope she doesnt lay slugs??? Oh and she has been tail flagging here and there? Shes been doing that before she was even big enough. Too much love in the air in my reptile room!!!

Bearded dragons escaping through acrylic doors to get to females (I stopped breeding my 9 a long time ago), snakes "pacing"/browsing" both male and female, constantly. Thank you for the help. Lindsay
