I was looking at the stuff at a booth at the Tinley show last fall. I was pretty interested so the rep gave me a free bag to try out. Talking to the rep, it apparently has polymers that regulate the moisture to the optimum level for the eggs. It is supposed to be easier to maintain the proper moisture level as well. The polymers don't give up ater as easily. Personally, I use the sealed container method, so it doesn't really matter, but it would be nice not to have to try and adjust the moisture level before placing it in conatiners with eggs. Hey, it was a freebee, what can I say?
