Okeetee prefering human flesh

Many may remember my previous post on the cornsnake forums with pictures of Mira the okeetee attempting to eat me. Well I had her out again and she went at it again. Its got to be one of the strangest things I've seen, but she's not your average corn.
She's about 4 years old; about a month after I got her (early '05) she escaped. Three months later, I find her scabbed, lifeless, with her tongue handing out. A quick dip in water and she perked up a bit, the next day she shed and acted as if nothing happened. She survived three months of very cold temps, no food or water, and 5 cats. Later on I awoke to find her back end halfway into the stomach of a king, but was spit up and again acted as if nothing happened. There is a scar on her stomach that appears to be from belly rot before I had her. She has been used occasionally as a hands-on snake, and does fine with it.
Just recently though, she has been totally obsessed with trying to eat me, every time she's taken out she does that 'poking' with her nose, as you would see them do to find the best spot on a rodent to start swallowing. She's fed a large mouse weekly. I have no idea what caused this sudden change in what she thinks is food, she has never done it before, and if she keeps doing it she cant be used for hands-on shows. She's a darling corn, its just very strange.
Again no food is even remotely involved.
(Note you can see, even though she's not breaking the skin, how I'm reacting to her saliva)
