67 days into incubation my snow X snow stripe clutch is beginning to pip. Only one egg has slits so far this morning, but it makes me giddy with delight to know that there will finally be babies this season by this weekend! In my wildest dreams the snow male would be het motley so I'd see some motley/stripes, but I'm not holding my breath. In a more realistic world, I am hoping to see some with yellow borders and maybe some pink and green (mom has bubblegum pink with slightly green stripes). We were out of town last week and I was praying they wouldn't hatch early. I kept the temp at about 79/80 until we got back then bumped it up to 82. Two days later, there's progress!
