question on who to breed to who

hi i have nothing really unusual to breed this year. they are just over the 300 gram mark so i'am assuming they should be good to breed muscle tone on them is good. The question i'm asking is are they ready to breed. What to breed to who.

i have two males riight now. Male snow and male sunglow.

The females i have are:
an anery
snow
normal
amel
So who should i breed to what male to get the best out of. thanks any advice would be great.
