Hi my name is Stacey Krahn and I live in fort mcmurray ab. I have 2 corns( I plan to get more....lots more) and they are Oakley, a normal het hypo, anery, and amel. I got Oakley from Alberta corn snakes. My other corn is a female anery named Nova who was brouht to me by animal control after someone had found her "slithering at large" in their appartment. We also have other snakes including bci, ball pythons, and a lusistic rat.

I figure maybe I should introduce myself...

Name: Jasmine Lyster

Location: Red Deer, Alberta

Age: 21

Family: Myself, my common-law Scott, 2 year old daughter, and of course the critters.

Work: Full time mom, full time hobbyist/breeder, and full time retail employee.

About Me: I'm a fanatic. My hobby turned into an obsession very very fast. Now, I've been working with my scaled buddies for 6 years. I specialize in Chameleons, always will, they are my driving passion in the reptile hobby. I can't see that ever changing, lol. But, I also work with Leopard Geckos, Uromastyx, Corn Snakes, Beardies, etc etc. And it's been a great season! Aside from hobbies, I'm a proud mom to a wonderful future herper, my two year old is my life, and for being such a youngin, she sure shares the passion with me. She holds the critters when I'm cleaning their cages, with more bravery and dignity than most grown men out there. I have big plans for that girl, haha. The other loves in my life, besides my family, would be heavy freaking metal and body mods. Addicted to those too!

My Corn Snake Story: I actually started with Boa's, haha. Didn't think I wanted any 'small snakes'. Having worked in Petstores for years and years, I never really took a liking to the corns at all. But for some reason, we got this unexpected Candycane in, and I immediately fell in love. But by the time I raised the money she had been sold. I was addicted from that moment on. And still to this day, everytime that I manage to find Candycane's, I don't have the money... But, still on a quest for that perfect trio, and in the meantime, I'm happy with my current morphs. I only have 6, all Amels, Anery's, and snows. But I love them just the same!

Hi all! I'm Tamara, a 25 year old stay at home mom to 3 kids (5, 2 & 1). My husband is a painter (houses). We live in Edmonton, AB. Besides the kids, we have a pug, 2 cats, a fire skink.... and my 3 (soon to be more) corns. Gus is our unsexed normal (hets unknown), he's about 7 months old now. Acheron is our fire (amel. bloodred) male, and is only a few months old. And Xypher is our Dilute Pastel Anery motley male, he's also only a couple months old. I got Gus as a present from my hubby (pet store), and Acheron and Xypher came from Rebecca Purdom @ triple R corns (in BC).

Wink Ob Behalf of the Parker Family

Hello everyone.

My name is Natalie. I am Married and a mother of two teen boys. We started our reptile collection with two bearded dragons over 6 years ago. We then added a corn to our collection. Our corn snake is now two years and we are browsing website and finding many more color and pattern variations that appeal to us. We are definately going to add a few more corns to our household this year.

I have always loved animals but REALLY never would have guessed I would have snakes in the house, and like them! My younger son had some birthday money to spend, and he wanted a snake. The little hatchling was so cute, who could've said no!

Who knew...

Hello all. I am older than most if not all of you, but that is ok, since I am younger in snake keeping Name: Bonnie

Lived the first 46 yrs of my life in BC, then followed my guy out to the oil patch so we could actually afford to live again. He is happy, therefore I am. However, elongating winter to this degree meant more inside time. More inside time means more inside pets. Have always liked snakes, but over the last year I determined I needed to own.
Enter Delilah, and I am still thankful every day that Guy liked her best at the ERAS spring show and Walter and Bonnie sold her to me. What a great first snake.

Just discovered this thread so here we go:

My name is Josée but my english name is Jojos. I'm a full time mom and I enjoy it very much. I'm also a mini-farmer and I have an addiction to animals. All kinds and all sizes... It started with dogs. I have a mix golden, a pug, a ****-tzu and alot more that people bring me because they don't want them anymore. Those are for sale...

Also, 3 llamas, goats, ducks, hens, lot of rabbits, chickens and turkeys in the summer, 2 cats, 2 hedgehogs, rats, hoppers, degus (octodons) ,a red beta,a beautiful normal corn and a beautiful ball python. I love them all and try my best to take good care of them.

My priority are my wonderful soul mate partner "Mon Gros Nounours" (Big Teddy Bear) and my 2 beautiful princesses 7 years old and 5 years old.

I used to be a secretary from near the city of Québec (Val-Bélair) and moved in the country 9 years ago and found my hubby (not married but that's what I call him) and started buying the llamas and the rest. As for the snakes, I was surfing the net and happened to see corn snakes on "You Tube" I think and started researching them. After that, bought my Corn Flakes and after watching Snakebytes tv on You Tube, decided on a ball python for my second snake. For the third... I'm waiting on finding an interesting morph and there's alot that interest me... We'll see...

Regards,
