Loosing Layla my 1 & 1/2 yr old Corn!

I have run out of ideas! I'm pregnant and worried about the baby comming and having Layla, my corn, on the loose.
I know it's only been 6 days since she escaped, but I'm worried. We live in a basement appartment, and I've looked everywhere I could think of.
I tried closing the heating in most of the rooms in the house except the living room where I keep the aquarium she's kept in, and my room. I've put out pinkies in both these areas. But she just won't bite! We've looked high and low. Zeus our boy corn, is looking axious around the aquarium. I've even tried putting up the base while playing music they always seem to be intrested by the vibrations, but no luck.
I read that i can put some flour on the floors to see where she's been travelling to.
What else can i do? But wait.

I recall reading somewhere here that you could put some 2 sided tape down along the walls or places she is likely to go, but not to use the carpet tape because the glue is too strong. Now, I got lucky and found my snake before trying that so I don't know if it really works or if it would harm the snake but it may be worth a try. The flour wouldn't be a bad idea either. Try putting hides out with a pinky in it, and maybe some water too so that she can have a drink.

And I just wanted to ask anybody if they have ever tried the sticky traps? (like the mice ones) Would it harm the snake? I freed a mouse from one once by using veg. oil. It took some time, and then some bathing to get it off but the mouse was fine.

It sucks. I hope you find her ok.
