I use Costco Kirkland brand puppy chow and my mice are very productive. I purchase most of my mice and keep just a few colonies for my problem feeders so I'm not worried about the long-term health of my snakes from feeding dog food. I try to get the naughty snakes off of live and onto f/t as soon as I can.
