Never used.
I pick up bulk feeders at the expo's in Mississauga, or smaller orders from local breeders.

Sorry, no help on your question but thought I'd throw in the idea of picking them up at the expo

Never considered the expo route, that may very well work.

Caroline would you mind pming me the details of what you went through, just so I have something more substantial to base my thoughts about them on ( i don"t want you to have to talk about them in public if you don't want the) also any info on your experiences with the mouse factory would be appreciated.

I'm trying to cover all my bases here and learn to be a best prepared as possible.

Thanks to both of you for replying.

I have ordered from them 2 times, first time i ordered 50 adults, 25 fuzzies and 25 hoppers. no problems, shipping was about 50$ (sault Ste Marie) however the mice go to toronto then up here so you should end up paying less for shipping. Second time i ordered 50 jumbo mice and 50 hoppers, shipping was $45. i have had no problems so far, definitly get the insulated boxes and ice packs. hope this helped, if you still need more info send me a pm or ask here.

P.S. i got a pen in my last order

David

ladyumbra, pm sent.

Just wanted to add that The Mouse Factory ship the mice with dry ice so even if for whatever reason, the mice take 2-3 days to get here (Fedex can make some mess sometimes), they will still be frozen. And the mice are all packed vacuum seal which preserve the mice better if you order more.

Shipping for me is always about 60$-120$ but for orders of 500-1000 mice... Since the mice are less expensive than in Canada and the quality is much greater than what I saw from The Canadian Mouseman, I always order from TMF now.

And their service is really great. If there is a problem with the order or anything, they will do all they can to resolve the problem, even if this is Fedex's fault.
