I'm trying to get a complete list for when my website is updated, and came up with* a terms list that I have posted on my, "My Space" page, because all the kids were sending me, "What if..." emails... Of course I thought it a bad sign when a kid asks, "What if my Mom won't sign for the package because she's afraid of snakes?" So, other than the newly added, "Must be over 18, or with parents permission" line, here's what I've got....
Is there anything else that you've found that needed to be stated that's not listed?
* as in, I borrowed from other breeders, mostly Susan since she lists just about everything, making it fairly easy, (please don't sue me for plagiarism )

You know, writing the terms is the hardest part of getting ready to sell - at least it was for us. I did something very similar to what you did. I checked out about 10 different terms pages from various breeders and then re-worded and rearranged it so I wasn't copying any of them word for word.
It looks like you've covered most all of the major points - the will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 is a definite must - keeps angry and irate parents from biting your head off. lol. I think maybe a mention about the purchaser responsible for knowing their local laws would be a good one to have on there too. As some states require permits or even prohibit certain species/morphs from being shipped in.
Take California for example, we're not allowed to import native Californian species (with some exceptions such as albino cali kings and such).
Here's a link to our if you want to check them out: Terms Page
Indeed, my page states that you are responsible for knowing your states laws.
However I should add to my page that buyers should be 18+. otherwise requiring a guardians permission.
Of course... being online... how do we KNOW its a guardian... GRANTING the permission... do you request a CALL from the Guardian? Even then... how do you know its not a 'cool' uncle (or something)... indeed... but one wouldnt want to say I will sell to NO ONE under 18... would they? & how do you REALLY know ones age... being that transactions are handled online...
HOW do those that have been doing this for quite some time handle this?
(I hope this is not a hijack of the thread, it pretty much pertains to what you have going on here)
I'd phrase the last line as "All prices and terms are subject to change without notice".
That way, you can rephrase all terms to your heart's content, at anytime, without the need to notify.

I suggest you not forfeit warranty if package not signed for.
Here's the problem - I do enough shopping on line that I must have a signature on file as some deliveries I don't need to be home for. In fact, reptile deliveries are really the only deliveries where I do need to be home.
With a signature on file, FedEx doesn't even knock - they just drop the package and leave. When I'm expecting a herp, I check every 20 minutes and whenever I hear a loud truck. PITA but it is what I have to do.
I have now started posting a sign that says "FedEx - please knock before leaving"
I was going to try it with my last delivery but I happened to have the door open (checking) when he pulled up.
What I would suggest is that for warranty to be valid, the person must sign OR immediately send you a picture of the package.
The only way they can send you a picture of the package is if someone was there when it arrived. The times stamp on the e-mail sending you the pic should be sufficiently close to FedEx "left on porch" time stamp.
Most people have some way of taking a picture - be it cell phone or real digital camera.
