705 Codom Het Striped Blood Stargazer x 2019 Sunkissed

Three of my Sunkissed line females shed recently and the other is opaque, so 705 will have his work cut out for him. I will do my best to give him a rest between females. I believe he will be a very happy test subject this year. He could be a very popular guy for years to come.

I started my Sunkissed Blood Project and others with this Sunkissed female. She was bred to 2039 Blood het Anery in 2005. This Project will be bred for the first time this year. Will they be Sfactored or have one clean test under their belt?

If you wanted to know why I use Codom in house it is because of het Bloods like this male. I have a difficult time calling him a Normal, and since I believe the het Blood phenotype is visible, what should we call it? Normal het Blood? The only problem, is that I have produced het Bloods that look so close to Normals, calling them Codoms causes confusion.

Is it possible that there is more than one WT on that locus, and that the gene behaves differently as a het gene depending upon which WT gene it is paired with?

I know not all things are simple - kerby ross in the cal king world bred two different types of cal king lavenders together, and the results were normal double het but had a slight but definitely noticeable hypo-ish look to them - even though single hets for both genes look completely normal.

3695x3503

I had very good results from my Striped Champagne X Pierce Striped Red Amels and Striped Het Snows in 2007. I plan on repeating the breedings this year. I held back some real screaming Striped Amels last year and hope to see more this year. I can’t wait until I breed a few of this guys daughters back to him. I might see what makes Champagnes tick then.

I did a breeding to a "normal" Snow in 2007 and produced a clutch of Snows het Striped. This might be my best back cross breeding to see if Striped Champagnes are easily reproducible.

2364x3596 Lav Blood het Hypo X Het Lav Blood

I proved my “Hypo” Lavender Blood male is a hypo mimic last year. He is het for Hypo, but sure would fool you. Breedings to two homo Hypos in 2007 and it was obvious he is only het Hypo.

This is a breeding between a Rich Z line Lav Blood het Hypo X Pierce Line Het Lava Bloods. I have five females lined up for him so I expect quite a few very nice hardy Lav Bloods ph Hypo this year.

Hi Joe just wondered what you're pairing up with any female on breeding loan from Rich H?
Will you be exclusively selling his bloods again this year?

Wow Joe! Much like yours... Rich Hume has some gorgeous snakes. Can't wait to hear what pairing you guys are working on this year.
