Woohoo!

...now I feel obligated to post something. :>

So... update on this year's clutches:
  1. Stripe het Anery X Hypo Stripe het Anery - 11 normals, 3 anerys, also 13 more eggs in the incubator
  2. Okeetee het blizzard sunkissed X same - Bust, no breeding interest on the female's part (again!)
  3. Hypo het amber stripe X same - 17 eggs
  4. Normal het amber lavender X same - 18 eggs
  5. Miami Motley X Crimson het snow motley - 11 eggs, a few left to lay
  6. Lavender het opal X Amel stripe het opal - Waiting to lay
  7. Amethyst* (hypo lav) X same - Waiting to lay
  8. Snow Stripe X Aztec Lavender NOT het amel - 20 or so eggs

*my subversive attempt at assigning one of those dreaded morph names to a combo that lacks one

Well... let me put it this way... She's not interested in males... and she's not interested in females either. So

At this point "she" is only considered "she" because she probes like a she. Won't breed with either sex, so I can't be certain either way. Given that she comes from lines which had s-factor ancestors, I'm thinking she'll be sold as a pet-only at the next reptile show.

I have an emoryi like that. Should be male, but isn't interested in any female I've offered him and he let himself be bred by my snow male this spring. I don't know what to do with him.

Update: So of course the one night I don't check, amethyst (hypo lav) lays her eggs... they're a tad dehydrated, but hopefully they'll plump up again.
