The ultramel and golddust clutch

Figured I would update these as well - always time to get pictures sorted and uploaded on holidays!!

These are from a breeding of ultramel het caramel male to a butter female - good a good assortment of butters, ultramels and golddusts from this clutch and have several still here - like raising these guys up to make my final choices

One of my favorite golddusts - nice bright background color with uniform and densely colored saddles

an ultramel with lots of orange backgound coloration

One of the remaining butters - had to hold back a couple girls - their mom - my first butter is getting up in age and I need to think about having a replacement.

A golddust getting some color - a few of these started on scented pinkies and were a bit slow to get going - but everyone is on fuzzies now and feeding like crazy.

love the uniform saddle shape and color on this little golddust and hope the yellow will intensify with age.

my favorite of the ultramels - doesn't show much het caramel influence, but nice bright saddle color

this girl has been a winner from hatching - really like her yellow background color coming in but wish her saddles weren't fading

It is so hard to decide which ones to keep back - another I really am liking - good background color in real life but a bit washed out in these pics,

and an ultramel with an amel (actually a very red creamsicle - got a few of those this year from a creamsicle X sunglow motley corn - his dark red coloration completely dominated the creamsicle line) for comparison purposes - the ultramel is on top.

thanks for looking,

mary v.
