Guarentees

I'm curious to see what type of guarentee's you offer when you sell/ship your snakes to the general public. ( not counting wholesale)

Personally, I have a 2wk guarentee of general health.
Unless its an obvious husbandry issue, I guarentee my snakes to be in excellent health, mite free when they arrive as well as to eat FT ( unless otherwise specified ).

If none of the above is met, I offer a full refund, and request pics of set up, the deceased snake ( if that should happen which it hasn't).

Cornsnakes, are pretty hardy snakes, IMHO, a guarentee on their health should be part of the deal. Personally, I will not buy from a vendor who will not guarentee the health of their snakes.

Nor do I believe, that finding out a person's guarentee, should be like pulling teeth. It should be written immediately upon intrest of purchase etc. as should other issues like shipping, etc. A customer should not have to poke and prod just to get answers. But that's a different posting.

What do you guys do, and think?
