Hello

Hi - I've been into herps for awhile but never bothered to own a corn snake until recently. I like Kingsnakes.

September '06 Sac Show, my little brother got his first snake. We steered him towards a Corn snake, and he picked an Okeetee from the EBV table. The vendor popped the snake, and it popped female.

He took such good care of "her" that it was decided he could have a second snake. So I purchased a male Abbott Okeetee from Mike Greathouse. That corn was still in quarantine at my house when I went down to visit - and brought my probes. Turns out "she" is actually a "he" *sigh*

He doesn't need two males, so I ended up keeping the Abbott - and have since fallen completely in love with him. He's a very beautiful snake.

Without further delay - here he is, my first Cornsnake:

He's actually just about to shed in that picture (past blue by a few days) - he's really stunning after a shed.
