Our second shed
Tonight my son called me at work tonight with big news. Our snake has shed successfully for the second time. The skin came off all in one piece...perfectly.
It is really cool getting to see all these behavioral patterns take place. We really feel like we are getting to know the snake very well and can expect him to do certain things at certain time. For an animal that does not show a lot of personality, well, they certainly have plenty if you know how to look for it. I have been feeding him fuzzies but am out of them and can't get to the store tomorrow. Is it o.k. to feed him two pinkies for now? He hasn't eaten in nine days so I know that he will be hungry. f |
