Got a few new snakes

So, I just aquired a few more snakes to add to the collection. I went with SMR again as I have been so happy with the snakes I have gotten from Don in the past.

First off is a male yellow creamsicle. I have had a thing for yellow morphs for a while and gotten a rootbeer "het" for Don's yellow cream line a couple years ago. I am looking forward to the pairing when he gets up to breeding size.

The second aquisition is a male blizzard. I got on the list and paid in full early, so Don hooked me up with a real beaut! He hasn't a TRACE of a pattern on him and Don said he is one of the few that come out of the egg looking that good every year. I have a nice amel het charcoal lady lined up for him. Apparently she comes from blizzard stock that was completely patternless as well, so we shall see what they produce a few years down the line.

The last aquisition is also going to be part of a project I am really looking forward too. This past summer I got a really sweet male miami het for mot/stripe from Carol. He is a real looker and I was originally just gonna use him as a display snake and put him in a viv in the living room. Well, the more he grows and sheds, the more I like him. So I decided to start a miami project as well. As the shipping date for the first two snakes approached, I talked to Don to see what he had available for miami's. I was able to snag a nice female miami het for mot/stripe. I am really excited to see what I will get when I cross these two great looking lines of miami's together.

Now, I know you guys are all thinking "yeah thats great, but where are the pics?" I can only promise that they are coming. My wife is out right now and she has the camera with her. PLUS I don't know where the heck the card reader is. But trust me, I love these guys and am looking forward to showing them off. I also think I will start my first ever progression threads. That oughta be interesting. Happy snake-keeping everybody.
