This is my first post.......but I figured I'd jump right in...
This little guy was given to me by a friend. His name is Severus, and I believe him to be a corn snake, but he looks a lot like a common grey rat snake. He is grey with brown with maybe the faintest hue of reddish brown splotches that are kinda outlined in black. His belly is completely white under his head and then begins to checkerboard black and white completely to his tail with his tail being more white.
So, I'm risking sounding stupid, but wondered if you guys could help me discern whether he's a corn or a rat.....
and if you want, feel free to guess about how old you think he might be? NOt sure of feeding patterns other than he has never regurged....
