I'm not sure where to put this thread, as I do not know if it's a genetic issue/husbandry/etc issue... I don't know what the issue is LOL.
One of my corns, he's a 2006 hatch, which I purchased at a couple months old. So he's been in my care from being established onwards.
He is kept in the same way, same temps, same everything as my other snakes.
About a month ago, I noticed a very prominent kink. It seemingly has "just appeared" out of nowhere. It is not something you could miss... you can plainly see it. (I can get a pic if that would help out?)
He never had it before.... no minor ones.... nothing. It just appeared
He eats fine, sheds fine, acts fine.
He has sustained no injuries. No being caught in a lid, no dropping, nada.
There's nothing in his container that could have caused it.
I am baffled. Does anyone have any thoughts? It definately throws a wrench into my breeding plans.... and plain out, I'm stumped and really would like to find out why this just popped up after 1.5yrs.
