Are you missing the birthday wishes?

When I set up the forum, I disable the obligation to indicate a valid birthday date. So people can or not indicate it. But since a lot don't use it, we often miss birthdays. I miss wishing happy birthday to the people I chat with every day.

Would you like it to be an obligation to indicate it? I think you can hide the year if you want but at least we would get the date. Am I the only one missing this?
