Pager: a new text-based instant messaging system

Now you can chat one to one with members here. Instead of sending a pm, if the other person is log in, you can send him/her a pager (at the same place you go to send a pm). If the person accepted pagers (you can enable or disable it in your options), he/she will get a popup window with you message. Then he/she can answer you directly in the same window.

It still need to be work on but let me know if you find any bug in it. You can also see if you have pagers in the welcome window (the one with your username in).

Don't forget to erase you messages in both your «in» and «sent» boxes when you don't need them anymore. I set up the max capacity to 50. Also, register and member users need to make at least 10 posts to be able to use this feature. The Site members don't need minimum post count.
