Broken html tag

I've noticed on the threads in people's personal forums there is a broken html tag that shows up on the page in the upper left hand corner. I don't think it's hurting anything but just wanted to let you know Caroline. Attached is an example.

I think this line is the culprit:
<meta name="description" content="Waiting Lists to start on Friday, March 9th! is discussed at The Source (cornsnake forum) - <img src="images/us.jpg" border="" alt="" /> Low Belly Reptiles" />

Of course it's diffent for each person's personal forum. It looks like the img tag in this meta tag is doing it. It's getting confused with the quote marks in the img tag.
