For now on, if you check the appropriate box, you will allow the peoples who vote on your poll to add their own choice.

So if you make a poll for a new name like Galen made some time ago, you can now allow peoples to add the name of their choice in the poll. And if this option is selected, peoples who already voted will have the possibility to change their vote if the new option suit them better.
