An Oasis in the Desert

Yup, that's what it feels like when I come here...an oasis. Here I can renew my passion for the hobby, look forward to a 'hopefully' successful breeding season. Here, I can learn new concepts, share ideas, see the hobby as it is growing, maturing and evolving. Here, I can see photos of corns that are absolutely amazing. Here I can be in almost instant contact with other Canadian breeders/hobbyists, as well as shrink the miles to our American and European friends and fellow corn enthusiasts.

What a wonderful site this is becoming. I'm excited to see the future here on this site.

You know, sometimes being so far north in Canada, I feel isolated. This winter weather can sure dampen not only the body but the mind too. The mountains, trees and towns may look beautiful covered in snow, but with that beauty also comes the sun-less days.

The many posts by the members, the relaxing atmosphere, the comraderie amongst those who have striven to enhance this site, all these things have put sunshine into my many sun-less days.

The Source is a forum that shows that growth is acheivable when like minded people come together. Sharing our passion and love of the hobby is contagious; our membership grows daily.
