The show was probably the biggest one that I have been to. Got to talk with Don Solderburg, Don and Sally Shores, Bill Love, and a few other breeders that I know. Sorry I wasn't able to find you Rob. Was looking for you.
I didn't get all that may pictures as there were just too many people there to take good ones, but I did get a few.

I got a chance to talk to Don, too. I tell you...what a great guy. He acted like he had known me forever. Of course, he was real busy, but he just stopped what he was doing and talked to me for about 5 minutes about whatever. Glad I had a chance to meet him!
Don is one of those guys that will take the time to answer any questions asked of him no matter what he is doing at the time. I contacted him for the first time back in 01 for a female snake, and haven't stopped talking with him since. Really great guy to know.
Husband and I are Tinley-bound this year, but we're talking about the Arlington show in either '08 or maybe '09. Your photos make the upcoming trip exciting all over again!
You are welcome everyone. I wanted to geta lot more photos, as there is just so much there. But with all the people crowding around everything, it was hard to get the ones that I got. Oh well. I will deffinately be going again next year, and maybe...just maybe vending there in 09. But will have to see. Need to make sure I have enough to at least make the table cost back.
I got back late last night, it was a great show, I was talking to some people (one being KJ, who is in one of pauls pics of dons table) who was saying that about $60,000 was spent on promotions for this show. It should go down every year as the is able to start "self promoting". I look foward to many more great shows in arlington, and hope to have a table in 08.
From talking with don and actually being introduced to the guy that puts this show on, this show is one of the largest in the country, besides Daytona. they didn't give me a number on what was spent on promotions, but I would believe that number. There were people vending there from as far away as Indiana. Was a great show and I will deffinately be headed up there next year again.
Again, sorry I missed you! I enjoyed talking to Rob & Louise! They had some very nice snakes - I especially like that little hypo lavender that I held - too cute!!
It sounds like NARBC will be back in Arlington next year. I'm sure the show will be bigger - this show was smaller than Anaheim or Tinley. It was a wonderful first year, though! I had an awesome time drooling over all the animals and visiting with other (mostly gecko) breeders!
