Here are some random photos of some critters that I got to see and work with at the SREL near me. Some awesome snakes!

I got to put them in the boxes that they were using for the display. The Diamondback was the crankiest one and weighed a whopping 3.2 kilos...almost 6.5 pounds! Heck of an animal to have at the end of a hook and he doesn't like to be double hooked. You just have to let him slowly work him from the hook to the ground. The coral snake was the hardest to hook as it's fast and tiny. Wasn't interested in staying on the hook. Most of the stuff hooked well though. We did have fun getting the gators to come out of the water!

You'd never leave! I would have hidden in the snake room if it would have worked Unfortunately, I had to go order hay for the horses and so I had to leave.....
