reduced colour hatchlings

I first produced hatchlings like this last year, when i first saw them i thought snow as the father was a snow and the mother was amel poss het anery,But they had an unusual amount of red down thier side, but lacking all red on the sadles.
When i put pic's of these on some forums i was told they where everything from coral snow to dilutes.Over the next couple of months the red in these hatchlings developed untill they looked like another amel. The best explianation ive heard is that red is the last colour to be produced when the snake is still in the egg,so from time to time hatchlings will come out still in the process of producing red.Its a real pitty they turn out just like anyother amel as they make fantastic looking hatchlings.

Anyway, this year i bred a daughter of the female that produced these last year, and she produced some aswell, although i cant be sure but i think it may have been the same male i used last year.

here's one i produced last year.
