2 years ago i purchased a wild line blood and i het wild line blood from joe pirce.they where already yearlings when i got them so are now 3 years old.
This year is the first time that i have bred them and i got 13 good eggs.
As these are pure wild line bloods, they should not be carrying anyother genes, well none that have been bred into them by man!
So i was quite suprised when i got a 2 anery looking snakes, one a blood and one a het blood.I bred the het wild line blood male to a pewter this year and all they have produced are bloods and het bloods, although there are still 2 eggs to hatch,so i can be pretty sure they are not anery B,so they must!!! be granites!?!
here are some pics of the "granite" beside an ordinary blood from the same clutch
and here are a couple of pics of the "anery" het blood and a normal het blood from the same litter
any insight as to what these are or whats going on here would be greatly apprieciated
