Auction feature

I just love the auction feature on this site but once the auction is over it is gone from view and the winning bidder disappears. I get a personal PM that indicates the auction was closed and then if I click on the link I can find the results. I was wondering, however, if there was a way to keep ended auctions somehow active so the buyers could see the results? Also, it is difficult to give auction feedback if the auction has disappeared.

I agree, I was thinking that I had won it so I went to check what the final price was and could not find where it showed the "high" bidder.........however it did show the final price.

Side note: I am thinking that we will wait until Caroline gets back to make payment since it goes directly to her, correct Jeff?

It would be nice if there was a way to find the auction in public view....I don't know...maybe 10 days post auction for buyer and seller to leave feedback etc. Doesn't do us much good to leave feedback if no one can view it.

Didn't have time yet. I am still on vacation so I am often out (trying to enjoy it a max) and I have a show to prepare for this weekend and a million hatchlings to feed hehe. Will try to look into this before the end of the week.

No problem. Enjoy your vacation....this issue will be here when you come back!

And be on the lookout for the donation payment from Galen for that hatchling rack.

Updates.

The software had an update and I was able to add these:

-Now the newest ads are display, with a picture, in the forum home along with almost all the other pages, at the bottom. So peoples will less miss the new ads being posted.

-You can now see the closed ads. Just choose your category and then, click on closed ads.

Let me know if there is anything else.
