Question Help switching to f/t

I'm embarking on a first for me. One of my '06's began refusing f/t in December. I brumated him after several tricks failed and brought him out a few weeks ago. In these recent weeks, he's again refused f/t, brained, scented. But he did take live - two meals' worth. I would dearly love to get him back on f/t as my live supplies are sporadic, at best.

I'm interested in any advice you guys can offer that helped you transition a live-feeder to f/t.
