mites!

i think my snake may have mites so i was gonna go to petco to get some health stuff for her and i was wondering what type of cleaners to get for the snake and the tank. also how to clean all of her stuff she has a grape vine log thing to bask on. a hollowed log as a hide and just a bowl. if i were to use a bleach solutions what is the ratio? and do i like soak the logs and such in the bleach solution in like a barrel?then soak them in normal water to get out the bleach? yeah this is my first case of mites so im lost and wanna find out what to do as fast as possible.. i was gonna clean the tank tomorrow anyways so i was hoping to get rid of the mites to.
