What's wrong with my Ollie?

Good morning.

My two to three year old normal has been in shed for over a week now. He has his water, and I'm sure there's enough humidity to help him shed. I checked on him to see if he was dead :-( but luckily he wasn't. He got all mad a struck at me (I don't blame him). But he hasn't come out in almost two weeks now. I don't know what's wrong with him, I even keep his temp around 28-29, although the heater shuts off from time to time and I have to reset it.

Usually he is quite the explorer and he eats normal every three weeks.
