Male / Female question

Hi again,

Sorry for all the questions in one night....I read a previous post regarding the differences between male and females. My main concern about getting a female is the issue of egg-binding. Is this a huge issue or does it rarely happen? I just didn't want to get a female since I'm a beginner and thought that would be a difficult situation to handle.

Do you suggest I get either sex regardless of my worries about egg-binding? That is the only reason why I am leaning towards getting a male.

Thanks for answering all my questions!!! This is the best resource for snakes!
