Temps to use heat packs and cold packs?

Hey, Everyone,

For those of you that ship snakes, what temperature ranges do you usually use as a guide to ship with a cold pack, heat pack, or nothing at all? I am shipping in a 8 X 6 X 6 box with 3/4" foam on all sides. Sometimes the answer is pretty clear whether or not you need to use a heat or cold pack due to extreme temps, but the temps are very mild in many places at the moment.
