Are These Temps & Humidty Levels OK For Corns?

I have a 16" x 8.5" x 11" viv (pictures below)

The daytime temps range from 24c to 25.5c (max) is the cool end and 26c to 28.5 (max) in the warm end. My humidity is around 51% (average gradient between ends is around 1.5c to 2.5c)

I have a 6" x 11" 7 watt heat mat and a 40watt frosted regular Bulb situated above the rock on at 8.40am off at 9.40pm by timer then my night glo 15 watt moon glow bulb kicks in for the rest of the time.

The night time temps drop a few degrees at each end.

Would I be better of using a clear 40 watt bulb and maybe getting a higher watt mat?

(the reason I have the bendy branch in the tank is cause my snake has a thing for climbing (see pic) and sitting in high places, I've read somewhere that its not common practice for corns to do this?)
