Looking for advice - Need to buy a replacement Gram scale for adult corns

I'm looking for some advice looking for a gram scale that will last for YEARS.

Can anyone suggest a good brand and / or place to buy a gram scale for weighing sub-adult, adult corn snakes? My old scale is no longer accurate, it wildly fluctuates + / - 40g and will not settle on a weight. It fluctuates even without any object on the weighing platform. It's never gotten wet, or had a heavy object placed on the weigh platform. Only a Tupperware container & snake within it's weight capacity. It first displayed this behavior a few months after I purchased it. Turning it off for several minutes & back on seemed to fix it. Several months after that it was totally FUBAR'ed.

Has anyone had something similar happen to their digital scale?

Stats I'm looking for:
The max weight - should be 1000g to 1500g (my largest snake is 600g+) Since I'm buying a new scale, perhaps 3kg wold be nice... in case I get a larger reptile in the future.
Weight increments - 1g to 5g increments would be fine. Increments closer to the 1g range are more desirable (but more expensive I know)
