Mites

Are mites killed in the washer and dryer?

I found out the dog i transport daily has been terribly itchy due to mites...it took 4 shots of the Ivermectin space out a couple weeks apart to tackle her problem.

She is never in our house but her fur etc gets on our clothes, and since it is winter here I have been washling gloves and jackets regularily since she started itchling just in case.

I was concerned about spreading the mites to our snakes...I do not think they spread to humans as easily.

Should I just Provent-A -Mite the entire vehicle and house?

Thanks for any information...itch itch itch.
