I'm sad and kind of scared.

So, I realized yesterday that my amelinistic girl, Aurora, had a lump on her side. I don't know what it is and I have an appointment at the vet's tomorrow. It looks like a tumor and I hate to say this, but if she needs expensive surgery...I just don't know how I'd do it. Have any of you had to deal with any bad medical things like this? I just need a bit of advice.
