I fell in love with this guy the moment I saw him. However, at that time, I was unable to purchase him and had to pass him by. I continued to browse the snake classifieds for a few months, looking for another jungle corn similar to him but never even came close. His breeder listed him again for 2 days and I was lucky enough to spot the ad. He arrived within just a few days.
His mother is 1/2 corn and 1/2 California king and his father is 1/2 corn and 1/2 Thayeri king. He is possible het motley and/or albino.
Wow, he's a nice one Susan. I've never seen a striped Jungle before although I've thought of producing them eventually.
Seeing Kong has given me some project ideas... . I can see why when you saw him the second time advertised for sale you jumped on it. I would have too.
Congrats! Have you thought about a progression thread for him? Hope so...I'd find it very interesting to follow his progress.
Awesome pick-up Susan and I agree, haven't seen any stripped jungles before. I can see why you would have kept looking for him.......long live the hybrids.

Though I've only seen pics, I have to say that jungle corns are some of the coolest-looking snakes I've ever seen. What a beauty, congrats on finally getting the little guy!
Very neat little guy - nice pattern and great to get a striped that has such a clean pattern. He has nice bronze tones too - should mature very nicely.
