Thanks Mary! I originally planned on breeding her to my Striped Motley Butter. Now I'm uncertain and may just breed her back to her father. I opened a thread in my forum asking for opinions.
Ok, I'm new at this hobby, new to genetics...if I read this correct, if a male carmel is bred to a female cream, you would get butter creams? Since it was stated butter creams are amel+carmel with emoryi traits...creams are emoryi and amel (female) male is carmel...and that gives you a butter cream?
Male caramel X female cream (amel with emoryi lines) produces all normals het for caramel and amel. Technically, they are corn-emoryi integrades or Rootbeers.
Cross a Butter (caramel and amel) to a cream and you get all amels het caramel.
You would need to cross the offspring of either of those crosses to get a snake showing amel and caramel = Butter Cream.

Well thanks for the reply. If I see a male butter in my travels, I'll hafta get it now.
