okay i asked this in another forum and got no response. So heres goes again. Heres my question. I see hybrid colubrids everywhere example being the jungle corn. They usually cross albino Cali king to a albino corn. And in turn the get albino jungle corns. So with that said...Are ALL the the genetics(albino, anery, motley, etc) of kings, rats, and corns compatible?
No. They aren't even always compatible within the same species or even subspecies.
For example - amel in cal kings does happen to be compat with amel in corns but if I recall correctly is NOT compat with amel in their closer relative, the desert kingsnake.
There are several lavender genes in cal king that are difficult if not impossible to tell apart visually that are not compat - pair them up and you get normals that are double het - and who knows which (if any) of the cal king lavender genes are compat with what genes in corn snakes.
I believe the amel gene in Emoryi ratsnakes is not compat w/ amel in corn. The creamsicle I believe usually uses the corn snake amel gene, but I suppose you could make a line of creamsicle that uses the Emoryi amel gene. I wonder if it would look different.

I've recently heard that there are two amel genes in Emoryis. One is compatible with corns, the other is not, nor is it compatible with the other Emoryi amel gene. I'm hoping to do some test breeding this year with a relatively unusual ratsnake, the Mexican Night Snake, and see if their anery gene is compatible with corn anery.

I have a female anery corn and a albino Cali king. I wanted to produce snow jungles. So after i breed the DH offspring together would i get the snow jungle i want?
Stastically 1/16 of the offspring from the double hets would be snow.
I would hold back several female DH to increase your odds of producing your target.
And watch the pairing like a hawk - there's a decent chance the cal king will see the corn as a food item.
