just hatched

Here we go, this is my adult female - rat/corn - (btw - that is NOT my hairy arm)
Name: P1010047a.JPG
Views: 99
Size: 98.5 KB

Here is the adult male- corn - ghost - anery & hypo and het amel (ok this is my hairy arm)

Name: ghost.JPG
Views: 98
Size: 74.5 KB

Here are the hatchlings and where I need help; there are 2 anery, 4 amel, 2 normal and one snow. (with 2 still pending - a normal and amel I think
(1) What are they called? I know the amel (like the female) are creamsicles, but I don't know about the others.
(2) With this mixed bag, would make the female het anery and hypo?

Thanks for the help!

I am unsure what the others would be called. I guess I dont pay too much attention to that type of thing. But they sure are nice looking I would love to get mixed colored clutchs like that! Maybe next year

As for the female being het anery and hypo.... anery yes... hypo? I dont know. Maybe someone like Dan will come in and be able to tell us. I am trying hard to understand genetics but as soon as I learn a little something.... they change the questions LOL

Were there hypo or ghosts in the batch? You didnt mention them, if not the female is not het hypo

looks like you have a creamsicle het anery and a ghost het amel like you said

even at 75% corn the amels are still creamsicles like you mentioned. Looks like you got some nice oranges and red creams

There arent trade names for the anery and snow version of this hybrid that is commonly used so you could really label them any way you like really just be sure to explain that they are crosses

nice little batch of babies congrats
